ORDERING FROM JANE BARTEL JEWELRY

All of our pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks of production time from the day your order is placed until shipment.

Due to the high value of our fine jewelry, orders are shipped with a delivery signature required, and we request that you inspect your item for damage immediately upon its arrival as required by the shipping carrier's insurance policy. In the rare event that your package or item shows any sign of damage, contact us immediately and retain the shipment's packaging, should an inspection be required in the event of an insurance claim.

Contact us in advance if you need your items rushed and we will do the best that we can to meet your deadline.

Since we are a small, independent company creating made-to-order pieces we are unable to accept returns of most items. Please order with that policy in mind.

Should you ship your item back to us for any reason, you assume responsibility for insurance and proper packaging of your item.

REPAIRS:  We will repair all items free of charge when accompanied by a sales receipt within 3 months of date of purchase.  A charge for this service will be for the return shipping.  For purchase orders after six months, you will be charged a minimum of $25 for basic repairs plus the cost of return shipping.  We will notify you with an estimate before any repair is started. 

All Jane Bartel Jewelry pieces are handcrafted and slight variations may exist between pieces. Due to the natural qualities of the precious and semi precious stones we use, coloring, texture and inclusions may occur. 

Handmade items are often delicate and should be handled with care.
Please allow 4-5 weeks for repairs.
 
SHIPPING: We offer free shipping with insurance in the United States.
 
You will receive an email with a tracking order once your items have been shipped.  In the event of a return or exchange all shipping fees will not be refunded.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee, please email for more information.
