Returns and Shipping

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

RETURNS: 
 We accept returns of all unworn pieces in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.  Items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.  We are only able to accept returns for pieces that were purchased through our website. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest that you insure your package to be extra careful.

REPAIRS:  We will repair all items free of charge when accompanied by a sales receipt within 3 months of date of purchase.  A charge for this service will be for the return shipping.  For purchase orders after six months, you will be charged a minimum of $25 for basic repairs plus the cost of return shipping.  We will notify you with an estimate before any repair is started. 

All Jane Bartel Jewelry pieces are handcrafted and slight variations may exist between pieces. Due to the natural qualities of the precious and semi precious stones we use, coloring, texture and inclusions may occur. 

Handmade items are often delicate and should be handled with care.
Please allow 4-5 weeks for repairs.
 
SHIPPING:  All shipping rates are calculated through UPS or USPS and all packages have been insured to protect your merchandise. We offer free shipping with insurance in the United States.
 
You will receive an email with a tracking order once your items have been shipped.  In the event of a return or exchange all shipping fees will not be refunded.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee, please email for more information.
