    Online Ordering

    We offer free shipping on all domestic standard or priority delivery orders. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking information for orders under $300 and USPS Priority with insurance and proof of signature for all other orders.

    Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee, please email for more information.

    Jane Bartel Jewelry is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed to international shipments. Jane Bartel Jewelry is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Jane Bartel Jewelry is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Jane Bartel Jewelry. If your order is sent back to Jane Bartel Jewelry by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

    Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order to schedule an exchange/return. Once the exchange/return is authorized, unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned to the address provided. If an item is defective, it will be exchanged for a new one at no additional charge. Exchanges and returns are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the return item. Exchange/return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please insure your exchange/return package for the price of the item, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

    If your jewelry is returned to Jane Bartel Jewelry within the timeline specified above, your online store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when your online store credit has been processed.

    We don't offer returns or exchanges on custom and sale items.

    New York state residents will be charged sales tax during checkout.

    We ship to the United Sates and Puerto Rico. We will ship internationally via Federal Express but you must contact us directly to arrange the order.

    All jewelry is handmade to order in our NYC studio, so we cannot ensure an exact ship date. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all orders to be created and shipped unless the item is in stock. If you need a piece by a certain date or would like to know if something is in stock, please contact us at info@janebarteljewelry.com

    If you see a piece of our jewelry and would like a different gemstone or perhaps a different length necklace let us know! Please complete our contact form with your request and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

    All of our jewelry is designed and created in New York at our midtown Manhattan studio. We work with an amazing group of skilled artisans making sure that each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and meant to be worn for a lifetime.

    I design my jewelry to reflect the beauty of nature. I want you to feel connected to the earth when you wear my jewelry. I do not want you to feel anxious about purchasing my jewelry wondering if I practice sustainability with my craft.

    My jewelry is as sustainable as I can make it at the moment. I use recycled and Certified Fair Trade sterling silver and gold. I purchase from dealers that provide Certified Fair Trade and responsibly sourced stones. What does this mean?

    1. ensure country of origin.

    2. support local production through sales, and work on development projects and critical needs in the local communities.

    3. track our fair trade gemstones through the cutting process to ensure no worker is exploited or subjected to health hazards like Silicosis, which ultimately results in death.

    4. ensure full disclosure and clarity of any treatments performed on gems that travel under the “Fair Trade Gems®”.

    The chain that I use is made in the United States by the oldest family run chain manufacturer in the country. It is not recycled but it is local.

    Jane Bartel Jewelry supports the "Heal The Bay" foundation with a monthly donation. Heal The Bay supports the health of the Santa Monica Bay.

    For all repair inquiries, please email us. Please include your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair quote and timeframe.

    To ensure the life of gold and sterling silver jewelry, please store jewelry in original Jane Bartel Jewelry pouch that we provide. Please do not expose your jewelry to water. Please remove your jewelry while exercising, bathing, and swimming. Please avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as perfume, lotion, hair products, chlorine, and detergents. Jane Bartel Jewelry recommends cleaning your jewelry using a damp, soft cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaners or polishing cloths as this will affect the finish.

    All of our jewelry is sent in a custom blue suede jewelry pouch inside a beautiful blue box with silk ribbon. As beautiful to give as to receive! If you would like us to include a small gift card from you please let us know in the note section at checkout.
