Due to the high value of our fine jewelry, orders are shipped via FedEx two day delivery with a delivery signature required, and we request that you inspect your item for damage immediately upon its arrival as required by the shipping carrier's insurance policy. In the rare event that your package or item shows any sign of damage, contact us immediately and retain the shipment's packaging, should an inspection be required in the event of an insurance claim.
